SOUND BOWL RELAXATION
WITH A CHILD?
In the sound bowl relaxation, the child can get to know the instruments in peace. You can bring your own beloved soft toy. Once the sounds and bowls have become familiar, the child can curl up next to their own adult under a soft, warm blanket. It is also completely permissible to move, listen or marvel at the sounds in their own way - each child relaxes in their own special style.
In family relaxations we proceed gently, following the child’s pace.

COCOA SEREMONY + SOUND BATH
As an artisan chocolate maker and cocoa lover, I offer guided cocoa ceremony that last about an hour. I will tell you about the history of cocoa, its preparation, and its heart-opening effects. We will enjoy the purest cocoa drink, which improves blood circulation and is full of antioxidants, iron, and magnesium.
Please note that the strong cocoa drink is not suitable for people with heart problems, blood pressure medication, or antidepressants.
